Architectural Conceptual Design

Ka.D.S. is an innovative firm which is committed to the development of high quality, dynamic architectural concepts which are not only of an international standard but are also contextually and socially responsive. KADS design concepts strive to challenge the conventional whilst always having a clear outline of the clients' budget and being cost effective, through the implementation of target budgets.

Architectural Drafting

Ka.D.S. use the most current Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) and representative software in order to produce drawings of a professional quality. Our drafting services range from simple conceptual and spatial drawings and presentations, to sets of fully detailed working drawings.

Interior Design & Spatial Planning

Ka.D.S. provide interior design and spatial planning services. Our interior design and spatial planning services range from residences, offices and shop/store layouts to once of event spatial planning. In the event of the latter the process allows for an all inclusive design development, event planning and equipment and services hiring through Ka.D.S.

Sustainable Development

Our design philosophy not only always takes into account the impact that a design has on the environment, but also takes into consideration the impact the buildings design will have on the user, its future use and upkeep. We strive to implement eco-friendly design and construction techniques in our buildings wherever possible whilst providing low maintenance, ergonomically efficient and flexible design solutions which take the user into account.

3D Model Design & Rendering

Ka.D.S. believes in maximizing the use of 3D modelling software in order to more accurately represent real space, as it is not only cost effective and an eco friendly process but it is also faster and more flexible. Our services not only include the rendering of 3D models of buildings, we also do 3D models of a range of different products and objects, whatever the clients requirements may be.

Presentation & Graphic Design, Development and Packaging

Our 3D Modeling services also go hand in hand with our presentation design and development services in which Ka.D.S. uses the most up to date software to produce professional digital and hard copy presentations. These presentations can range from simple business presentations, to highly professional high quality poster presentations, to creative flash animated presentations for digital media.

Exhibition Pavilion and Expo Installation Design [Temporary Structures]

Ka.D.S. provides the service of the design and construction of event and site specific exhibition pavilions and installations which challenge the concept of space and use of space. These pavilions and installations range from large scale outdoor pavilions designed for a duration of a few months to smaller installations for more intimate events or gatherings such as company events or expos.

Building Alterations & Refurbishment

Our Drafting services not only include the development of conceptual drawings but we also do drawings for building alterations that require refurbishment and retrofitting.
